Special Circumstances for HSA Students
Occasionally, circumstances beyond a student’s control prevent them from fully satisfying the HSA graduation requirements. In those cases, the student may petition the department for flexibility using the form below. Petitions should only be submitted in exceptional circumstances, when a student has made a good faith effort to know what the requirements are and to construct a course schedule that satisfies them. Students may wish to confer with their HSA advisors before submitting a petition. The department’s petitions committee is responsible for acting on petitions and notifying students of its decisions.
