Employee Assistance Program
The Optum Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential service designed to help employees and their household members resolve personal and workplace challenges. Offering round-the-clock access to personal assessment and counseling with licensed/certified therapists at no charge, the EAP keeps all calls, emails, referrals and conversations strictly confidential (as required by law).
The program helps with a variety of issues, including stress and depression, domestic abuse, grief, work issues, parenting and childcare, education, legal assistance, money management, substance abuse and recovery, eating disorders and resources for seniors.
You can access the EAP anytime. Call 800.234.5465 or visit Live and Work Well. When asked for the company name, please provide “The Claremont Colleges” and use access code “claremont colleges” if you are using their online services.
