If you are currently a Harvey Mudd College student, faculty or staff member please feel free to reserve space on campus using the Event Management System. The EMS How-To Guide (PDF) can help you get started. If you have not created an account, please do so first. If you are not affiliated with Harvey Mudd College and would like to reserve a facility or space on campus for an outside group conference or event, please submit an online inquiry, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 909.607.4559 the Facilities Use Coordinator to get information on availability, rental fees and requirements.

After your event or conference has concluded, please complete one of the following evaluations. We appreciate any comments you may have as we are continually trying to improve our customer service in an effort to ensure all events and conferences run smoothly. Once completed please email it to the facilities use coordinator email@example.com.
