Conferences and Events
If you are currently a Harvey Mudd College student, faculty or staff member please feel free to reserve space on campus using the Event Management System. The EMS How-To Guide (PDF) can help you get started. If you have not created an account, please do so first. If you have any questions, please email (email@example.com) or call (909.607.4559) the facilities coordinator.
If you are not affiliated with the College and would like to reserve a facility or space at Harvey Mudd College for an outside group event, please submit an online request, email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call (909.607.4559) the facilities coordinator to get information on availability, rental fees and requirements.
After your event or conference is over, please complete one of the following evaluations. We appreciate any comments you may have as we are continually trying to improve our customer service in an effort to ensure all events and conferences run smoothly. Once completed please email it to the facilities coordinator (email@example.com).
