We offer a range of effective services through the NACElink/Symplicity system called ClaremontConnect, which includes job postings, career fairs, employer information sessions, on-campus recruiting, personalized marketing assistance, and customized recruiting plans.

We can help you pick and choose which programs fit your particular needs so you can recruit efficiently and easily.

Post a Job or Internship on ClaremontConnect

ClaremontConnect is the centralized online job listing portal accessed by the Claremont College students and alumni users. You can post internships, full and part time jobs, and seasonal/temporary opportunities for  free.

Posting Instructions

  1. Sign in to ClaremontConnect
  2. Sign in with your username and password.  Note: If you have an existing account with any NACElink participating school, you may use the same user name and password you use at that school(s) to access the HMC site. If you do not have a NACElink account, click on Register and Post a Job Through ClaremontConnect (this is free).
  3. Please review and update your information and follow the prompts to complete the registration process.

Attend HMC Job and Internship Fairs

Host an Information Session

These sessions are usually scheduled Monday through Thursday nights throughout each semester.  The OCS arranges the room, provides AV support, and works to publicize the event. Companies can opt to have their event catered at their expense.  Contact Aneesha Akram to schedule.

Interview Students on Campus

Your company has free access interview rooms on campus. Available year round and including on HMC Job & Internship Fair days. You have the option of pre-screening and selecting the students to interview or having an open schedule where students can sign up on a first-come, first-served basis. With the use of ClaremontConnect, we are able to make your interview date hassle-free with online resume and schedule access before your visit. You may arrange for interview schedules to recruit students for full-time employment or for internships. Sign in to ClaremontConnect or contact Aneesha Akram.

Resume Collect

If you are unable to come to HMC’s campus to interview, you can choose the Resume Collect option in ClaremontConnect. Positions are advertised and qualified students submit their application materials online. You can then access and review resumes submitted and schedule interviews at your site.

Resume Books

The OCS offers Resume Books, a feature of ClaremontConnect, as another resource for our employers. Complimentary access is provided to all career fair participants. If you would like to purchase a resume book, please contact the Aneesha Akram. Resume book content is dynamic. New candidates can continue to add their resumes, while existing candidates may change or add a new resume at any time.
