- Lead the Office of Human Resources, delivering innovative and customer-focused HR services related to candidate recruitment and onboarding experience, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, HRIS/payroll processing, HR compliance/policy administration, and professional training and development.
- Lead and collaborate with the HR team to foster community connections through communication, events, and gatherings to support our staff.
- Co-Lead Emergency Preparedness and Safety by guiding people-centered planning, training, drills, workers’ compensation and compliance.
- Serve as one of the Workplace Violence Administrators for the College.

- Oversee all of Facilities operations (e.g. administration, custodial, grounds, and improvement/renovation projects, and mail room).
- In the absence of the Plant Engineer and Director of Maintenance and Projects, oversee scheduling and supervise all repairs and replacement of HVAC, electrical and plumbing fixtures, valves, devices, and appliances as required.
- Co-Lead Emergency Preparedness and Safety from a facilities and infrastructure perspective.
- Serve as the primary F&M liaison to campus security.

- Coordinates, oversees, and manages Cal/OSHA employee safety and emergency preparedness training.
- Partners with the AVP-CHRO to oversee and manage all aspects of emergency preparedness and response training and exercises.
- Schedules, organizes and directs annual and semi-annual emergency response exercises on campus.
- Serves as one of the Workplace Violence Administrators for the College.
