Hear from President Maria Klawe, Vice President of Admission and Financial Aid Thyra Briggs, and the new VP for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Anna Gonzalez.

Faculty will discuss the curriculum at Mudd, highlighting the core courses incoming students take during their first semester at HMC.
2:15–3:15 p.m. Making the Transition (PDF)

Join the Associate Dean of Health & Wellness Rae Chresfield in discussing the challenges that might arise during the transition into College, and the changes that occur from high school to HMC.

For Wednesday evening dinner, you are welcome to take your child out for dinner on the town, or join us in the campus dining hall for dinner (between 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.). Registering for the on campus event costs $15 per person (students free). You can also purchase this dinner when you arrive (with cash) at the same price if you are concerned about you or your student’s schedule.

10–11 a.m. An Introduction to Student Affairs (PDF)

Get an introduction to all the services and staff members housed in the Division of Student Affairs.
11 a.m.–Noon HMC Resources Open Office Hours

Visit different offices around campus to meet staff members a multitude of interests including: Study Abroad, Community Engagement, Career Services, Dining Service, Student Accounts, and more!
Noon–1 p.m. Lunch and Parent Leadership Council Closing
