All Students—Key dates and tuition payment deadlines

For fall semester:

• June 10: Tuition Payment Agreement due to the Office of Student Accounts.
• July 1: Fall semester billing statements mailed.
• July 20: First installment due for students on the Monthly Payment Plan (five installments per semester).
• August 20: Fall semester tuition and fees due for those paying under the Full Payment Plan (Each semester’s charges paid in full).
• August 25: New student orientation begins.
• August 30: First semester classes begin.
• September 8: Last day to change meal plan for the fall semester.
• October 15: Expected Financial Aid reversal (“Expected" financial aid not received by October 15 for the fall semester will be reversed from your student account. As a result of the reversal, the balance due on your November billing statement will increase.)
• November 20: Last installment due for the fall semester. Students whose accounts are not current will not be eligible to pre-register for the spring semester.
• December 16: Final examinations end.

For spring semester, following academic year, and graduation:

• December 1: Spring semester billing statements mailed.
• December 20: Spring semester tuition and fees due for those paying under the Full Payment Plan. First installment due for those on the Monthly Payment Plan.
• January 17: Second semester classes begin.
• January 26: Last day to change meal plan for the spring semester.
• February 10: Room Draw Deposit for the following academic year due in the Office of Student Accounts no later than 5:00 p.m.
• March 15: Expected Financial Aid reversal ("Expected" financial aid not received by March 15 for the spring semester will be reversed from your student account. As a result of the reversal, the balance due on your April billing statement will increase.)
• April 20: Last installment due for the spring semester. Students whose accounts are not current will not be eligible to pre-register for the fall semester.
• May 7: All seniors must settle their student accounts prior to Commencement.
• May 11: Final examinations end.
