  • February 1: CSS/PROFILE Application Adapted for International Students (submit application online)

Returning Students—financial aid deadlines

  • March 2: CSS/PROFILE Application Submission (submit application online)
  • March 2: FAFSA Submission (apply online)
  • March 2: CA Residents: Cal Grant GPA Verification Form
  • March 2: CSS/PROFILE Application Adapted for International Students (submit application online)
  • March 2: International applicants submit International Student Certification of Finances (PDF) to IDOC*Refer to our instructions for IDOC submission, not the IDOC instructions listed on the IDOC website.
  • March 2: International applicants submit required documentation requested on the application to IDOC *Refer to our instructions for IDOC submission, not the IDOC instructions listed on the IDOC website.
  • April 15: Supplemental Documents (taxes, etc.) to IDOC. *Refer to our instructions for IDOC submission, not the IDOC instructions listed on the IDOC website.

All Students—Financial registration and tuition payment deadlines

For fall semester:

  • June 10: Tuition Payment Agreement due to the Office of Student Accounts
  • July 1: Fall semester statements mailed
  • July 20: First installment due for students on the monthly Payment Plan (5 installments per semester)
  • August 20: Fall semester tuition and fees due for those paying under the Full-Pay Plan (Each semester’s charges paid in full)
  • September 2: Fall semester financial registration at Platt Campus Basement. Students whose accounts are not current will not be allowed to attend class.
  • September 10: Last day to change meal plan for the fall semester
  • October 15: Expected Financial Aid reversal (“Expected" financial aid not received by October 15th for the fall semester will be reversed from your student account. As a result of the reversal, the balance due on your November statement will increase.)
  • November 20: Last installment due for the fall semester. Students whose accounts are not current will not be eligible to pre-register for the spring semester.

For spring semester, following academic year, and graduation:

  • December 1: Spring semester statements mailed
  • December 20: Spring semester tuition and fees due for those paying under the Full Pay Plan. First installment due for those on the monthly Payment Plan
  • January 21: Spring semester financial registration at Platt Campus Basement. Students whose accounts are not current will not be allowed to attend class.
  • January 28: Last day to change meal plan for the spring semester
  • March 2: Room Draw Deposit for the following academic year due in the Office of Student Accounts no later than 5:00 p.m.
  • March 15: Expected Financial Aid reversal ("Expected" financial aid not received by March 15th for the spring semester will be reversed from your student account. As a result of the reversal, the balance due on your April statement will increase.)
  • April 20: Last installment due for the spring semester. Students whose accounts are not current will not be eligible to pre-register for the fall semester.
  • May 11: All seniors must settle their student accounts prior to commencement.
