Serious work on this book started at HMC in 1964! J. Arthur Campbell raised his arm and pontificated: “Let Entropy Increase”
The Snowman explained what entropy was and taught Statistical Thermodynamics.
The engineers taught that “Heat flows from a hot body to a cold body.”
The rest is “History.”
