Dear all,

See below for a message from the Workday Governance Committee

Greetings TCC Community,

The Workday Governance Group (WGC) would like to thank everyone who took time to take the Fall 2019 Workday Survey. We are focused on ensuring the improvement of the usability of the system, and your feedback through the survey is critical to our understanding of the best ways to improve your Workday experience. While the survey was one tool for community feedback, we want you to know it is not your only way to share your thoughts with us. We have a new WGC webpage which provides information about the WGC, the members of WGC and a contact form for you to provide your feedback. It is of the upmost importance to the WGC that our community is heard and we hope you will take the time to provide feedback on the website or with your campus/committee representative.

For those of you not familiar with the WGC, our group was formed by the Information Technology Steering Committee (ITSC) in December of 2018 and our goals are to get the most of the investment in Workday, to look at the system holistically and to make it work for our entire community. We are working in close partnership with the Workday Governance Operations Committee (WGOC) as they develop and implement roadmaps for changes to the system and work to implement increased functionality.

We wish everyone a smooth end to the semester and look forward to sharing the results of the survey with everyone once they are analyzed. Please feel free to reach out to any of us to chat about your thoughts or concerns with Workday, we are here to listen to you!

Thank you,

Workday Governance Committee
