Growth in the student body will occur in two phases, with an assessment of the impact on the College’s Core Values and subsequent report and discussion with the trustees about the findings scheduled for 2018-2019. During the first phase of the plan, the College will grow enrollment to 850 students by 2018-2019. Once the assessment is complete, the trustees will review the results and determine if the College should continue with growth and/or adjust the timeline. If the trustees decide to continue, the College will execute the second phase of the growth proposal, increasing the size of the student body to 900 students by 2023–2024.
