Georg Fischer Signet is a leading manufacturer of analytical flow sensors and actuators across a variety of fields. These sensors and actuators can be combined to implement closed-loop control of fluid flow. Thus, the Georg Fischer Signet Clinic team has developed a PID controller using Signet sensors and actuators to realize this possibility. The controller is built on microcontroller hardware familiar to the Signet team to simplify potential future integration.
