The ranking lists are based on The Princeton Review’s surveys of students currently attending the colleges.

Students are left with the overall impression that “the workload is worth it simply because of what comes out of it; that is, the friends and the knowledge that you know will last forever.”

The Princeton Review recognition reflects many of the qualities at the heart of Harvey Mudd’s new strategic plan, STEM for a Better World. High marks for science lab facilities and classroom experience underscore the College’s commitment to innovative, hands-on STEM education and state-of-the-art educational infrastructure, while recognition for accessible professors reflects the close faculty-student relationships that make the Mudd experience distinctive.
