Savor is a start-up founded in 2022, with the mission to make fats from CO2 as a lower-impact alternative to animal fats and palm oil. The Savor Clinic team developed simple tools to predict the composition of fats, their viscosity and how they melt as temperature changes, based on their molecular properties.
