Optro provides companies with a platform that delivers a unified view of their business to help them manage risk. Many companies rely on Optro, including over half of the Fortune 500. However, when technical problems arise, customers’ workflows are interrupted, and Optro needs a more scalable way to keep them informed. The Clinic team created a public-facing status page and notification system to streamline communication between customers, engineers and customer support teams.
