HRL Laboratories is an organization that conducts research in the automotive, defense and aerospace sectors. The HRL Laboratories Clinic team will deliver an open-source emulator for the Quantum Instrumentation Control Kit (QICK), which provides open-source software for control and measurement of quantum devices. The deliverable, QICKEmu, will use the same API as the physical system, allowing researchers to verify QICK API code without the need for physical hardware while adding features for debugging and verification.
