The Auburn-USDA Engineering Clinic team worked to modernize and improve electropenetograph technology used by entomologists to study the feeding behavior of insects. Researchers at Auburn University and the USDA tasked the Clinic team with continuing the work of last year’s Engineering and CS Clinic teams by refining their digitized EPG to increase the signal-to-noise ratio, integrating wireless communication and enhancing the user-experience.
