THE MUSES Names Klawe Woman of the Year

Harvey Mudd College President Maria Klawe was named a 2013 Woman of the Year by THE MUSES of the California Science Center Foundation.
The award honors women who have made outstanding contributions in science and industry.
Klawe will be honored April 13, along with KCET Vice President of News and Public Affairs Val Zavala, at THE MUSES “Woman of the Year” Luncheon in Los Angeles. The honorees will engage in a discussion about the future of science education.
