Teaching middle and high school students fundamental computer science concepts can be challenging. This year, the Esri clinic team has explored how geographic information system (GIS) technology can make learning computational concepts accessible and intuitive. The team has created interactive learning modules that introduce students to computational thinking through a geographic approach using visualization, customization, and exploration of location-based data.
