DSSI InREACH Program

DSSI’s InREACH program brings real-world challenges from local community organizations into Harvey Mudd classrooms, where students work on finding solutions as part of their coursework. Students work with real-world data from community partners in class modules and senior capstone research projects. This collaboration ensures that the cutting-edge data science research we do in DSSI is informed and motivated by the people it serves. Organizations benefit from new insights, data analysis tools and solutions.

We are partnering with community organizations to create data scientific modules to use in classrooms starting spring semester 2026.
