Have you ever wanted to start bullet journaling and didn’t know where to start? In this series hosted by Wellness Peer Sega, you will learn about different types of bullet journal spreads. Her first video walks through how to make a habit tracker. Habit trackers are really useful if you have multiple goals you want to keep track of. It also allows you to see how far you progress in certain goals. For example, you have a goal of exercising at least 6 times a month. At the end of the month, you can look back at your habit tracker to see if you have reached your goal. Simple!
