Nikki joined the Office of Student Activities in July of 2015 after serving for two years as the administrator for student and academic affairs in the DSA office. She will be working with Dean Chris Sundberg on the oversight of New Student Orientation and the new Orientation Adventure trips. Nikki will also be managing the Linde Activities Center (LAC), the LAC Supervisors and all LAC Wellness Programming.
In addition to her duties in the LAC she will be assisting Dean Sundberg with all aspects of student activities. Nikki will also be serving as Harvey Mudd’s Division of Student Affairs liaison with CMS athletics and working with the Mudd student-athletes. She joined the CMS women’s soccer coaching staff for the fall of 2015.
Nikki came to Harvey Mudd College after serving for two years as the residence director for off-campus living and assistant women’s soccer coach at Juniata College. She assisted in all aspects of student affairs and served as the academic progress coordinator for the women’s soccer program.
Prior to Juniata, Nikki was the head women’s soccer coach at Knox College for four seasons. She held several positions at Knox, including fitness center director, director of intramural sports, SAAC advisor and instructor of sports studies, and she spent one season as the head swimming and diving coach.
Nikki started her career in higher education as the assistant women’s soccer coach and director of intramural and club sports at Grinnell College. Her position was funded by the NCAA through the Division III Ethnic Minority and Women’s Grant Internship program.
Nikki earned her bachelor of science degree in sports management from Juniata College in 2006 and her master of science degree in leadership from Duquesne University in 2012.
