LAC Programs

The Linde Activities Center hosts numerous programs for students, faculty and staff throughout the academic year which are geared towards encouraging participation in physical wellness initiatives while at Harvey Mudd College. Most programs are free of charge and open to the Harvey Mudd community.

Yoga for Students (Sponsored by the Office of Health and Wellness)

Weekly: Thursdays from 4–5:45 p.m. and Sunday 2:30–4 p.m.

Student Massage Appointments (Sponsored by Health and Wellness, ASHMC and the LAC)

Every Friday from 3–6 p.m.
$5 for 15 minute massage, reservation required
