The transition to Harvey Mudd is a significant milestone. You can help ease this journey by sharing your personal “Mudd family” perspective with prospective parents, hosting a Summer Welcome Reception to connect with local incoming families or participating in outreach to ensure every new family feels a warm HMC welcome from day one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Philanthropic Leadership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Parent philanthropy ensures that every student has access to the resources they need to thrive. You can champion this mission by serving as a digital advocate during our high-energy Pi Day of Giving or by joining the Family Partners Circle (FPC), a dedicated group of leadership donors who help shape the future of the College through their generosity and advocacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Educational Programming and Mudd Talks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mudders are lifelong learners, and our community loves to hear from experts in any field. You can share your unique insights as a featured speaker for our “Mudd Talks” webinar series, host an informal “Mudd Chat” to mentor current students, or facilitate a specialized workshop designed to help our young alumni navigate their early professional years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your professional journey is a roadmap for our students. Whether you prefer to sit on a career panel, provide tactical support through resume reviews and mock interviews, or facilitate a deep-dive workshop on industry trends, your guidance is invaluable. You can even host a student for a job shadow opportunity to give them a firsthand look at your field in action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
