This includes toric and tropical geometry, and enumerative geometry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karp\u2019s research in mathematics education applies critical education theory in post-secondary mathematics education. This includes rehumanization, critical race theory, and anti-oppressive education theory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karp also works toward diversity, equity, and inclusion in mathematics.
