HR is honored to facilitate these conversations, offering a safe and inclusive space for our staff to share their insights and concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Takeaways from HR Breakfast Connection Sessions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Through recent HR Breakfast Connection sessions, one message has come through clearly: staff deeply value recognition, meaningful work, and a sense of community. To sustain engagement and foster a thriving workplace culture, staff have asked the College to continue strengthening efforts in three key areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professional development opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced communication around how benefit decisions are made at HMC, along with a desire for ongoing assessment of the College\u2019s benefits offerings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cross-campus relationships between staff and faculty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>HR is pleased to serve as a conduit between staff and College leadership, helping to communicate concerns and aspirations, collaborating on improvements to systems and practices, and ensuring that feedback is acknowledged and thoughtfully addressed. Through transparent communication and ongoing collaboration, we aim to foster a workplace culture rooted in respect and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary of Key Themes and Questions Raised <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The conversations held during the Breakfast Connection sessions have been deeply insightful.
