If you haven\u2019t completed these steps, use the links below to get started:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/human-resources\/driver-authorization-for-staff-and-faculty\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/human-resources\/driver-authorization-for-staff-and-faculty\/\">HMC Driver Authorization for Staff and Faculty<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/dos\/hmc-approved-driver\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/dos\/hmc-approved-driver\/\">HMC Approved Driver &#8211; Students<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you have completed these steps, review the instructions below for the vehicle pickup and return process. Following these procedures will help ensure a smooth and efficient experience when using College vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to Pick Up and Return a Vehicle<\/strong><br>Vehicles are available for pickup at the Facilities &amp; Maintenance Office, located in the basement of the Platt Campus Center. The designated authorized driver must present their HMC ID along with a valid driver\u2019s license at the time of pickup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keys may be picked up no earlier than two (2) days prior to your scheduled reservation. If your reservation falls on a weekend, keys must be picked up by Friday. Please note that vehicles may not be used until the start of the reserved booking period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you require arrangements outside of these timeframes, please contact &#102;&#97;cil&#105;t&#105;es&#64;&#104;&#109;&#99;.&#101;&#100;u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keys must be returned promptly at the end of your reservation period.
