This step is essential for timely medical guidance and to initiate the workers\u2019 compensation process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Both the&nbsp;<strong>injured employee<\/strong>&nbsp;and their&nbsp;<strong>supervisor<\/strong>&nbsp;are required to complete and submit an accident report.
