Harvey Mudd College supports a purchase card program for authorized individuals. These purchase cards look and operate like credit cards, but\u2014as part of the College’s internal control system\u2014exclude certain merchant categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are interested in receiving a purchase card, please review the\u00a0Purchase Card Policy and Procedure (PDF)<\/a>. An Employment Agreement will need to be completed and approved by your supervisor. Please submit the approved Employee Agreement<\/a> to pcards@hmc.edu<\/a>. New cardholders will be required to participate in a brief program orientation prior to card activation.
