First semester charges and financial aid credits, if any, will be applied to your account in July. Second semester charges and financial aid credits, if any, will be applied to your account in December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Billing notifications are emailed to the designated email address(es) indicated on the&nbsp;Tuition Payment Agreement. (Statements are not generated&nbsp;if there has been no activity and your account has a zero balance.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tuition Payment Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All students are required to submit a completed <a href=\"https:\/\/hmc.kualibuild.com\/app\/builder\/app\/643999db34cf16ffe7449e08\/run\">Tuition Payment Agreement Form<\/a> (link active only for HMC students).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you choose the full payment plan now, but determine later in the semester that you would prefer the monthly payment plan, you may change. However, when you change payment options, you will be required to bring the account current under the monthly payment plan guidelines. That is, you will need to pay all installments that would have been due under the monthly payment plan, plus late charges on those installments and a portion of the $50 per semester fee for participation in the monthly plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paperless billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>HMC eBills are accessible through the <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.hmc.edu\/ics\">portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-mudd2021-wrapper mudd-wrapper auto-accordion\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the advantages of eBills?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faster delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Easy access to past statements and up-to-date account information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiple users can be authorized to access account information and pay any outstanding balances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmentally friendly. Reduces paper usage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I register for eBills?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All students have automatically been registered for eBills. Users who have previously subscribed to eCheck also already have access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other users must be authorized by the student on the <a href=\"https:\/\/hmc.kualibuild.com\/app\/builder\/app\/643999db34cf16ffe7449e08\/run\">Tuition Payment Agreement<\/a>. Your email address must be up-to-date in order for us to notify you. Please update your contact information using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/parents\/parent-information-update-form\/\"> Parent Information Update Form<\/a>. You will receive login information before July 1, 2019. If you do not, please contact <a href=\"mailto:stud&#101;&#110;&#116;&#95;a&#99;&#99;oun&#116;s&#64;&#104;m&#99;&#46;&#101;du\">st&#117;&#100;e&#110;&#116;&#95;&#97;cco&#117;&#110;ts&#64;&#104;mc&#46;&#101;d&#117;<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I view my eBills?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once logged in to the portal, click on the Student Accounts Info tab, then click on the View Billing Statements link. Select the statement desired. The statement will open in a new browser window. (Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does a student authorize another user(s) or update other billing information?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To update your billing information, the student should complete and submit a new <a href=\"https:\/\/hmc.kualibuild.com\/app\/builder\/app\/643999db34cf16ffe7449e08\/run\">Tuition Payment Agreement<\/a> to the Office of Student Accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if I forget my password?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please click on the &#8220;forgot password&#8221; link on the login page. If you need additional assistance, please contact hel&#112;d&#101;&#115;&#107;&#64;&#104;&#109;c&#46;&#101;&#100;&#117;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is there a fee to use eBills?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if I want a paper copy of my bill?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can print your bill at any time to retain a copy for your records. You can also save an image of the bill on your personal computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How will I be notified each month when my bill is available for viewing and paying online?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We will send an email to all students and other authorized individuals each time a new bill is issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do I have to pay online?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No, you can still mail us a traditional check if you prefer not to pay via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/bao\/student-accounts\/payment-methods\/echeck\/parents\/\">eCheck<\/a>. Please see our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/bao\/student-accounts\/payment-methods\/\">payment methods<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if I don\u2019t receive an email notification that my eBill is ready to view or pay?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Be sure we have your current email address. Also, check your security settings, spam blocker and email filters, as one of these may be preventing the e-mail from reaching you. Please add &#115;&#116;u&#100;&#101;n&#116;&#95;ac&#99;o&#117;nts&#64;hmc&#46;ed&#117; &#116;&#111; your contact list so that our notifications are not mislabeled as spam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a notification by the 15th of the month, please email us at &#115;&#116;u&#100;&#101;n&#116;&#95;&#97;c&#99;ou&#110;ts&#64;hmc.&#101;&#100;&#117; &#98;&#101;&#99;&#97;use payment is due by the 1st of the following month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is my online statement not updated to reflect recent payments and\/or charges?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you view your current eBill, you&#8217;re looking at a static statement that reflects your account information as of the last billing date\u2014similar to a paper statement. The eBill does not update in real time and will not reflect any changes made to your account since that billing date. <br><br>To view changes made since the last bill date, please select &#8220;My Account Balances&#8221; on the Student Accounts Info tab.
