If you have questions, please contact Tim Hussey&nbsp;(<a href=\"mailto:&#116;&#104;&#117;&#115;s&#101;&#121;&#64;&#104;mc&#46;&#101;&#100;&#117;\">th&#117;&#115;&#115;ey&#64;&#104;&#109;c&#46;ed&#117;<\/a>) or Karen Angemi&nbsp;(<a href=\"mailto:ka&#110;&#103;em&#105;&#64;h&#109;&#99;.edu\">&#107;an&#103;emi&#64;&#104;m&#99;.edu<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presentation Templates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">The latest version of slide templates that work best in the Shanahan Center\u00a0<\/span>rooms are available at provided at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/communications\/templates\/#presentations\">Professional Templates<\/a>. Please use them to draft your\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">presentation for later conversion to Adobe PDF\u00a0format.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uploading Your Presentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to the board meetings, you are required to upload the final version of your presentation in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Presentations will be made to the board using PDFs.&nbsp;T<span class=\"s1\">he uploaded files will be queued up for projection on the day of&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"s1\">the meetings.&nbsp;You do not need to bring copies with you.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Convert the file you created using the template above by saving it as a PDF, and upload the file using the <a href=\"https:\/\/script.google.com\/macros\/s\/AKfycbwzCxISbUix6Y_BBMicGAhacKvDJYXXCDnxpA2jzhtiDABYiww\/exec\">Board of Trustee File Uploader<\/a>. If you make changes to your presentation after uploading, simply upload the new file. Be sure to include on the form the name of the meeting for which you are presenting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Board Book Cover Page Template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Board books must use the cover page template below. If you need assistance with setting up the conference call line, contact the CIS Help Desk by calling <a href=\"tel:+19096077777\" class=\"phone\">909.607.7777<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Web&nbsp;Meeting Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The College maintains an account with join.me for use in web conferencing during trustee meetings.
