This system will measure an error of up to \u00c2\u00b1 200ms to within \u00c2\u00b1 1ms. Furthermore, the system will not require alteration of either the original video or audio signals. The system will use patterns within human speech to identify timing locations within the audio signal and will encode timing marks in the closed caption portion of the video signal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DirecTV, Inc.
