We encourage all faculty, students, and staff to use Google Meet as your go-to tool for classes, committee meetings, study sessions, team projects, and departmental collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because it is tied directly to your HMC account, Google Meet provides a much more seamless setup for your academic, administrative, and extracurricular needs, featuring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No Interruptions:<\/strong> Enjoy your meetings, lectures, and study sessions without any time limits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Built Right In:<\/strong> Schedule calls directly from your HMC Google Calendar and jump into meetings with one click. You can also start calls instantly from within Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Easy Collaboration:<\/strong> Share screens and collaborate on Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets in real time during your call.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hybrid Made Easy:<\/strong> For hybrid meetings with a mix of in-person and remote participants, you\u2019ll find Companion Mode very useful for sharing screens and chatting without audio feedback loops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Canvas Integration:<\/strong> Google Meet is now fully integrated into Canvas and is enabled by default for your courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Login Page<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/meet.google.com\">HMC Google Meet<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Availability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available to Faculty, Students, Staff, Alumni, and Emeriti at HMC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Access the Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HMC Google Meet can be accessed by visiting<a href=\"https:\/\/meet.google.com\"> meet.google.com<\/a>, or by generating a Meet link directly inside your HMC Google Calendar, Canvas course, or Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enter your HMC Credentials username and password at the identity provider login screen.
