We provide&nbsp;alumni with virtually all the career services that were available to you as a student. Whether you are a recent graduate looking for a job, need help perfecting a resume or graduate school application, an employed alumnus interested in recruiting for your organization, or a proud graduate eager to share your professional story with students, we are here for you and welcome your engagement. There is no charge for services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get Career Help<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alumni graduated since 1992 have had your accounts generated on Handshake, please log-in using your HMC account. If you have trouble claiming your account, please reach out to our office (<a href=\"mailto:&#99;a&#114;e&#101;&#114;_&#115;er&#118;i&#99;es&#64;&#104;m&#99;&#46;&#101;du\">&#99;&#97;re&#101;r_&#115;e&#114;v&#105;&#99;es&#64;hm&#99;&#46;&#101;&#100;u<\/a>). If you graduated prior to 1992, please contact our office for more information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up an appointment on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/career-services\/handshake\/\">Handshake<\/a>, our web-based career management system. Appointments can be by phone, Skype or in person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend Harvey Mudd jobs fairs in fall and spring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect with fellow Mudders and harness the power of the HMC network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recruit Mudders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make students aware of opportunities in your organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create an <a href=\"https:\/\/hmc.joinhandshake.com\/employer_registrations\/new\">employer account on Handshake<\/a>&nbsp;(please use your company email address)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/career-services\/employers\/handshake-approval-policy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1779\">Handshake Approval Policy<\/a> to post a job or internship opportunity on Handshake<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in info sessions or on-campus Interviews through&nbsp;Handshake<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend job fairs to maximize visibility for your organization. You can also sign up for fairs in Handshake. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect with Mudd alumni and look for jobs posted to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/groups\/51742\/\">Harvey Mudd College Alumni Association LinkedIn<\/a> page.
