Lillian began her career at the University of Notre Dame, where she earned her degree in Japanese and Asian Studies and worked as a Student Career Assistant at the ND Career Center. After graduation she spent a year teaching English in Japan through the JET program, then moved back to the US and completed her Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration at the University of Illinois. While at Illinois she worked at The Career Center as a career counselor and employer relations member connecting students to opportunities and helping them to achieve gainful employment after graduation. Lillian then moved to the University of Notre Dame, where she helped redesign a career strategy course for MBA students and also served as a career coach to students interested in the General Management career path. Prior to moving to Southern California, she spent 3 years in Cambridge UK with her family. As Associate Director of Career Services, she hopes to contribute to the growth of the Office.
