Sprague Gallery is pleased to announce Skip – 5 senses. Skip (HMC) is a poet whose works explore themes of growth, memories, and transformation. On view is their poetry presented for the first time in a gallery space.

The collection of five poems spread across the gallery uses bodily senses, objects, and viewer participation, through which memories of growth are simultaneously constructed and altered. Viewers are invited to take a piece of caramel and pop the bubble wrap.

Skip – 5 senses opens on December 1 and continues through December 15, 2021. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM. As a precautionary measure, the exhibition is open to students, faculty, and staff of The Claremont Colleges only. Masks are required.

Call for works from the Harvey Mudd College Makerspace is open all year.
Call for works from across The Claremont Colleges is currently closed. Look out for announcements in spring 2022. For more information, visit the Arts at Harvey Mudd College website.
