The Harvey Mudd Office of Alumni & Parent Relations presents the virtual discussion series Mudd Talks.

Paul Jerger '15 is using his scientific expertise to advance programs with high societal impact. He is a graduate student at the University of Chicago, studying quantum information applications of atomic defects in diamond. In his research, Jerger develops measurement and control protocols that can be used for a wide range of quantum systems in quantum computing and metrology applications. He also cultivates science communication and collaboration abilities to help himself and colleagues achieve the most from their efforts.
