This is an extraordinary historical moment in which to be a college student. Political violence, constitutional crises and bitter cultural divides are unfolding alongside reenergized social movements and unprecedented opportunities for creative social change. How might we use the distinctive approach of the liberal arts, emphasizing critical inquiry and exposure to diverse ways of knowing, to gain insight into current affairs?

Panelists will share 7-minute discourses on what we might learn from their fields on inquiry, followed by discussion. Lunch will be provided.
