HMC INQ, the Harvey Mudd College startup incubator is having its first-ever Demo Day for alumni, students, faculty and staff on campus, and you are invited! No RSVP necessary.

HMC INQ is the Santa Monica-based incubator for Harvey Mudd startups. It was created last year by Josh Jones '98, Professor Gary Evans and a lot of helpful Mudders. HMC INQ recruited its first class of startups last summer, and six teams began their immersion experience in September in an entrepreneur's commune on Maurgerita Avenue in Santa Monica.

HMC INQ invested $120,000 in each project for an equity stake, giving each team until Nov. 5 to develop proof of concept. The results will be rolled out in three demo days; this one, one in Santa Monica and the other in San Francisco.

Here are the teams (companies) that will be presenting:

Ark Servers: Sergey Tsalkov ’09
Zenith Robotics: Cherie Ho ’17, Vai Viswanathan ’17 and Prof. Chris Clark
Weasel Labs: Paige Pruitt ’11 and Sean Spielberg
Down to Earth Gardens: Garrett Menghini ’13
BumbleBee: Hao Cao ’17 and Michael Muzio ’17
