Once&nbsp;the student&nbsp;has accepted an offer, the department payroll supervisor\/administrative staff will submit&nbsp;new hire&nbsp;information through Workday&nbsp;to the Office of Human Resources Office to initiate onboarding so that the student may complete employment forms electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the documents needed to work on campus is the federal Employment Eligibility Verification form (USCIS Form I-9).\u00a0To complete this form, those interested in working must\u00a0bring to campus and present specific documents that prove citizenship.\u00a0View a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/18mwi5WnjOTvmvESn5BRA1DJ62XRdKeVI\/view?usp=drive_link\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/18mwi5WnjOTvmvESn5BRA1DJ62XRdKeVI\/view?usp=drive_link\">complete list of these documents<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the onboarding process is complete, the student will receive an email confirming that the student is on payroll with orientation information. Refer to the Office of Human Resources&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/bao\/student-payroll\/\">Student Employment<\/a> page for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Direct Deposit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Harvey Mudd College is now offering electronic direct deposit to FWS and non-FWS students. Your paycheck may be deposited in any financial institution that participates in the automated clearing house (ACH) system. Electronic direct deposit only applies to regular payroll runs. Payments processed outside of a regular payroll run will generate an actual paycheck.
