Students interested in only receiving federal and state grant and loan assistance need only complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).&nbsp; The CSS Profile is required to be considered for Harvey Mudd College need-based grant assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>International applicants, please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/admission\/afford\/international-student-financial-aid\/international-deadlines\/early-decision-2-international-applicants\/\">Early Decision 2 International Applicants<\/a>&nbsp;page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deadline: January 5, 2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2026-2027 <a href=\"https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/h\/apply-for-aid\/fafsa\">Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)<\/a> Federal School Code is 001171<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2026-2027 <a href=\"https:\/\/cssprofile.collegeboard.org\/?excmpid=vt-00231\">CSS Profile<\/a>&nbsp;Code:&nbsp;4341<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mudd-highlighted-content\">There will no longer be a distinct Noncustodial PROFILE application. Each of your parents will complete their own CSS Profile. You and your custodial parent will complete your CSS Profile using your College Board log-in credentials. If both of your parents have access to your College Board account, you should change your password so your parent\u2019s financial information will remain private. Your noncustodial parent will need a separate College Board account.
