While on-campus departmental budgets automatically remain the same from year to year, off-campus funding is determined annually. Off-campus departments must submit the HMC Work Allocation Request Form to the Office of Financial Aid by June 15th to request funding for the upcoming academic year.<br \/><br \/>Off-campus departments participating in the HMC Work Program must annually submit two items to the Office of Financial Aid: a FWS Job Description Form and an Off-Campus FWS Agreement. By signing the agreement, the department commits to reimbursing Harvey Mudd College for at least 30% of the total compensation paid to each student employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To comply with federal student aid regulations, all HMC Work positions must have an active job description on file. On-campus departments are required to review their positions annually. If a position&#8217;s responsibilities have not changed from the previous academic year, simply notify the Office of Financial Aid.
