Students interested in only receiving federal and state grant and loan assistance need only complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The CSS Profile is required to be considered for Harvey Mudd College need-based grant assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>International applicants, please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/admission\/afford\/international-student-financial-aid\/international-deadlines\/returning-international-students\/\">Returning International Students<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deadline: March 2, 2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2026-2027 <a href=\"https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/h\/apply-for-aid\/fafsa\">Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)<\/a>&nbsp; Federal School Code:&nbsp;001171<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2026-2027 <a href=\"https:\/\/cssprofile.collegeboard.org\/?excmpid=vt-00231\">CSS&nbsp;Profile<\/a>&nbsp;Code:&nbsp;4341<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1vj24c1cdQbIL9_DQGrpon9Raqjib1GPP\/view?usp=drive_link\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1vj24c1cdQbIL9_DQGrpon9Raqjib1GPP\/view?usp=drive_link\">Cal Grant GPA Verification Form (PDF)<\/a> (Required only for First Year California residents who are NOT currently receiving the Cal Grant) by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csac.ca.gov\/\">California Student Aid Commission (CSAC)<\/a>. Current first-year students who are not receiving a Cal Grant must submit their Cal Grant GPA Verification Forms to their high schools for certification because they may not yet have established a GPA at Harvey Mudd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mudd-highlighted-content\">There will no longer be a distinct Noncustodial PROFILE application. Each of your parents will complete their own CSS Profile. You and your custodial parent will complete your CSS Profile using your College Board log-in credentials. If both of your parents have access to your College Board account, you should change your password so your parent\u2019s financial information will remain private. Your noncustodial parent will need a separate College Board account.
