All students at HMC must have health insurance coverage.

1. If you are already covered under your parent's policy, please return the Health Insurance Waiver form.  It requires your parent's signature and a photocopy of your insurance card. If we do not receive your Health Insurance Waiver and copy of insurance card, we assume you wish to be signed up for the Claremont student insurance. A charge of $910 would then be billed to your account in late July.
   
   
2. If you do not already have health insurance, you can purchase an insurance policy available through the Claremont Colleges. During 2008-2009 this annual policy costs $910 and runs from 8/8/08 through 8/27/09.  Please follow the link to view coverage information for the Claremont Colleges-domestic policy. A brochure for the Claremont student insurance is also available in PDF format. The cost of the insurance will be added to your student bill. If you prefer a hardcopy of the brochure, please call us so we can mail one to you.
