All students at HMC must have health insurance coverage. All students, whether under private insurance or the Claremont College Policy, may use the Student Health Center, at the same prices.

1. If you are already covered by an insurance policy, please return the Health Insurance Waiver form.  It requires your parent's signature and a photocopy of your insurance card.
2. If you do not already have health insurance, you can purchase an insurance policy available through the Claremont Colleges. For 2012-2013 this annual policy will cost $1779, begins in August 31, 2012 and ends August 30, 2013.  Please follow the link to view coverage information for the Claremont Colleges-domestic policy you will not be automatically enrolled so please fill out and sign the Enrollment Form for Students and mail it to the Dean of Students Office at 301 Platt Boulevard, Claremont, CA 91711. A brochure for the Claremont student insurance is also available in PDF format. The cost of the insurance will be added to your student account bill, send no payment. If you prefer a hardcopy of the brochure, please call us so we can mail one to you.
