Grad Checklist

December  

  • 12/10 - Turn in graduation application by 5:00pm to Registrar’s Office.
    * Remember to order any transcripts in advance to allow for processing time.  

January

  • Pass on the schedule of Commencement events and hotel accomodations for family attending in May.

February

  • Order announcements.  A rep from Jostens will be on campus (exact dates to be announced) or you may choose to order online directly from Jostens.
  • Order cap & gown (email size survey to be sent to seniors shortly) from the Dean of Students Office.

March

  • Order class ring. A rep from Jostens will be on campus or you may order online directly from the Jostens website.
  • Attend ring day (to be announced) in the Hoch Dining Hall.
April

  • Select location for your celebration dinner after Commencement and make your reservations in advance.  
  • Mail Announcements to friends and family by April 15th. 
    Announcements are customarily sent one month prior to the event.
May

  • Beginning in May pick up your cap and gown from Dean of Students Office. 
    You will need to complete a Senior Survey in order to receive your cap and gown; Career Services will contact you directly with further information.
