Karen Tse, an alumna of Scripps College and human rights advocate will be the keynote speaker.

   (There is plenty of seating in the shade, no tickets required)

Commencement Announcements
The Jostens company offers announcements for purchase online.

Class Rings
You may also order class rings online directly from the Jostens website.

Jostens will be on campus for Ring Day on February 17, 2009 and March 24, 2009, from 11am to 1pm in the Hoch-Shanahan Dining Hall. Orders may also be placed on line directly from the Jostens website.

Local Hotels/Motels – You can find a selected listing of local hotels/motels in the Parent Handbook.
Please book as far in advance as possible, hotels in the surrounding neighborhoods fill up months in advance.

Dinner – Don't forget to make dinner reservations for your family in advance.

Gowns – Your graduate will be contacted via email by the Dean of Students Office in March to order a cap and gown. The charge will be applied their student account. Caps and gowns will be available for pick up in May.

Parking is available in all Harvey Mudd College parking lots and along both sides of Foothill Boulevard. You may drop off passengers along Dartmouth Ave, but since our events will end at HMC you will want to be parked near the campus.

Handicapped Parking
There is no handicapped parking at the Commencement site, though it is wheelchair accessible.
Many spaces are available where people in wheelchairs may sit. Handicapped parking is available on the HMC campus.
