This information can assist you with the voter registration process. Registering and voting demonstrates informed citizenry. Harvey Mudd College encourages you to vote in the fall general elections, as well as contests in your home state or here in Claremont.

Voting Eligibility

In order to register to vote, you must be:

• A United States citizen
• At least 18 years old at the time of the election (November 6, 2012, for this presidential election)

As an HMC student, you may register either in California, as a resident of Claremont, or in your home state using your permanent home address. If you register in California using your HMC Claremont address, note that your HMC mailbox address is an invalid residential address.

If you live on campus, list the name of your dorm as your address. The dorm street addresses are available by selecting your dorm on the HMC campus map. If you live off campus, use your off-campus street address.
