A voice mailbox has been built for you on the college's voice mail system. To customize your greeting, name and change your password, please follow these instructions:

• From your extension, get a dial tone and dial “18555”
• When prompted for your password, enter “12345”
• After you have completed the tutorial to record your greeting, name and change your password, hang-up the phone
• Get a dial tone and press #01 18555 to forward your extension to the new voice mail system. Hang-up the phone. (Forwarding in this manner will route callers to your voice mailbox if your phone is not answered within three rings.) Be sure to press the “#” key prior to “01.”
  
• After you press “#01,” you will hear a busy tone. Enter “18555” then hang up the phone.
• ONLY if you want callers to be routed to your voice mailbox if your line is busy, get a dial tone, press *6 18555 and then hang-up the phone
