Dining
The interaction and conversation that takes place over a meal between and among students, and with faculty, is a key educational element of the residential college experience. The Hoch-Shanahan Dining Commons, close to both classrooms and dorms, provides the ideal meeting and eating spot. With more than 28,000 square feet, the Dining Commons features open exhibition kitchen areas, seating for nearly 500, a state-of-the art pizza oven, a rotisserie oven, five private dining rooms and two patios.
