HMC
Diversity Resources

Harvey Mudd College is committed to “unsurpassed excellence and diversity at all levels” and is constantly striving to evaluate and expand upon the diversity resources available to the community.

The Office of Institutional Diversity (OID) serves as the hub of on and off-campus diversity resources for the HMC community, and coordinates a wide range of events, activities, training material, movies/films, books, referrals, as well as consulting services, designed to assist in creating a campus environment which:

  • Values learning
  • Accepts differences
  • Looks at itself critically
  • Embraces the values of equity and inclusion

OID is located in the Platt Center, and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Contact Associate Dean Gary Kelly or Diversity Programs Coordinator Angelica Ibarra at (909) 607-3470 or via email at www.oid@hmc.edu for further information.
