The Claremont Colleges is a consortium of five undergraduate colleges, two graduate institutions and a central organization that provides services—library system, joint academic programs, athletic facilities, campus safety, extracurricular activities and health resources—shared by all students, faculty and staff.
Nationally and internationally renowned for academic excellence, The Claremont Colleges offer students the one-on-one academic attention of a small college and the resources of a major university. Currently the consortium has more than 6000 students and a combined faculty and staff of more than 3300 members. It also offers students more than 2500 courses to choose from.
The Claremont University Consortium oversees the colleges' central services.
